Is there a rating system there to know if CFA or CFP is good? Usually all make tall claims but there is no way to check their ability

Not really.
While there are platforms that claim to rate advisers, I wouldn’t trust them. You’re better off asking them some questions, doing your own due diligence, and your rapport.

As Buffett said you need intelligence, energy and ethics.
So check how well they articulate their investment process, whether they disclose all incentives and serve your needs. On the investment process and incentives, get everything in writing.
